Veterinarian Mixed

Vicky joined the Bay Vets team as a mixed veterinarian in early 2023, just after graduating from Massey University. She moved to Palmerston North from Louisiana, but grew up in Oklahoma, in the States. While traveling during 5th year vet school, Vicky saw more of New Zealand and decided she wasn't ready to leave. She's come to practice medicine in the supposedly sunny Whakatane region. 

Vicky enjoys the variety that comes with mixed animal practice and is looking forward to working with farmers and pet owners. Vicky has a special interest in lifestyle block animals and loves getting to see the odd alpaca, goat, or chicken.

When not at the clinic you can find Vicky gardening, at the beach, or working on her large cross-stitch embroidery pieces
