I am a local girl, who was born and grew up in Whakatane, but have spent the last 30 years living and working in the Edgecumbe township with my hubby, who was also a local Edgecumbe lad.

I am a long-time employee of BayVets, having started my career in the Veterinary sector way back in 1984 when the Vets were still a department of the RPD Dairy Company. I had a break of eight years whilst growing my own family of two children, until returning to the familiar fold of the then known Edgecumbe Veterinary Services in 1999.

My interests have been many and varied over the years and I loved being part of the Edgecumbe community although I now reside in Whakatane with my two cats and a 10 year old Labrador. My favourite interests are reading, socialising and more recently travelling.
